1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, without damage or signs of wear.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Undergarments, for hygiene reasons

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear

  • Customized or personalized products

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sliwear.shop@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your Order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • If your payment method does not support refunds (e.g., some UPI payments), store credit may be issued instead.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at sliwear.shop@outlook.com with your order details and issue description.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment method

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
