At Sliwear.shop, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries, timelines, and related information.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

📍 Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
📍 Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 (Free on orders above ₹999)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Extra ₹50 charge (if available for your area)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and selected payment method.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier’s website or from your Sliwear.shop account.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local delivery office.

  2. Contact us at sliwear.shop@outlook.com with your order number.

  3. We’ll help coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If you're not available to receive the order, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping costs may apply.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Packaging

All items are securely packed to ensure they arrive in good condition. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
